  • POSH solutions

    Dedicated to cultivating a secure and welcoming workplace, iProbono extends support in formulating POSH policies and conducting training sessions on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for organizational staff. These initiatives are fundamental to our commitment to uphold the tenets of the POSH Act. The thorough training sessions offer a comprehensive grasp of gender-based harassment, covering overt and nuanced forms of inappropriate conduct in the workplace. Using practical scenarios, the organisation equips participants to identify potential instances of harassment, enabling them to intervene promptly and report such incidents effectively.
