Theressa Mahila Mandali is a grassroots, Non-Governmental, Non-Profitable Voluntary Organisation. It has been working for the empowerment of Daliths, Read moretribals and other indigenous marginalized people and working for the empowerment of rural communities prioritizing women, Children and youth on initiatives linked to their Education, Health, Livelihood support and development in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh both in rural and urban areas. we are registered under the provisions of the government of India Societies Registration Act(Act-XXI) of 1860, bearing registration number 1369/94 (Registered in the year 1994) and are permitted to receive foreign contributions u/sec 6 (1) of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act vide No 010180254. Our registered office is located at Rajavaram Village and the field office is located at Nallajerla in Andhra Pradesh, India. AIM: To develop those who are disadvantaged educationally, economically, socially and culturally through self-help and self-governing collective development activities. In short "TO HELP THEM TO HELP THEMSELVES". TMM has got a good infrastructure and outer structure in the local society. It has a responsible position in society. It has become a part of the local people’s daily activities as their sorrows and joys. It endeavours loftily to find means and ways to find solutions to the routine grievances of the people who are in need and problems. The organisation works directly with the people. It has direct contact with the people. It has goodwill among the people. The organisation has responsible relationships with other organisations, committees, and Groups such as Women Groups i.e., Self-Help Groups, DWCRA Groups, Networks of other organisations, NGOs and other social structures. We work in a coalition altogether with mutual cooperation and coordination of the people.
