In the past, PSA had implemented quite a few major projects such as low-cost house construction for flood victims, ecological agriculture training among dry land farmers, early childhood education in remote villages, microfinance for the economically active poor women and providing educational scholarships to most deprived students.

Evening coaching class for rural students
Every year, a one-month coaching class is organized in May, coinciding with the summer holiday, specifically for students from villages. Educated volunteers are engaged to provide coaching to these students. The primary aim is to offer remedial support to help them remain within the formal school system.
These remedial evening classes serve multiple purposes. They prevent students from idling in the streets and provide them with academic support. Many of these students are either first or second-generation learners, with no assistance available at home. Therefore, the classes play a crucial role in supporting their studies and educational progress.
