Dadda Foundation

DADDA is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization (NGO) based and working in Noida and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh in India. DADDA is Read morea Hindi word which means "Elder brother" in English. The journey of DADDA as a registered NGO began in 2008. Like-minded people established DADDA to provide education to underprivileged children, to build better lively hood opportunities for the rural and underprivileged urban youth, and to enrich quality health services for adolescent girls and women. The thought process behind DADDA is that quality education is the only medium that can improve the living standards of poor people. It is the most powerful tool which can equip them to make informed and intelligent choices about their lives and future. DADDA believes that education is the only weapon to fight poverty and truly empower the children who tomorrow will be the face of India. DADDA seeks to achieve a better tomorrow through the medium of education and unleashes the power of knowledge that is inaccessible to millions. Since its establishment as an NGO in NOIDA, DADDA has grown in scope and geographical coverage. More than 600 children have benefited from our learning program for out-of-school children. Through our health programs, we have touched the lives of more than 400 underprivileged families. We have endeavoured to increase access to ICT (Information and Communication Technology) among underprivileged children and youth.
