Sahej Foundation is a Mumbai-based non-profit working towards the promotion of arts and culture. It organises The Kabir Festival, in Mumbai, first org Read moreanized in 2011, becoming an annual feature in Mumbai. It has become a unique Festival, being wholly volunteer-run and community funded. The Festival is held to re-connect urban audiences with the voices of the mystic saints, who live through their poetry and the many oral traditions of India, to spread their message of love, brotherhood, compassion, tolerance and honest self-examination. Aashiyana is also a project of the Sahej Foundation which is working on creating safe spaces in juvenile facilities
