Additionally, persistent challenges such as lengthy orientation periods, workplace adaptation, and combating misconceptions from sighted colleagues continue to hinder their professional advancement, even upon securing employment. To expedite the integration process, Aesthesis Foundation offers comprehensive training initiatives, including intensive computer courses, mobility training, soft skills development, and counseling. Through these tailored programs, the foundation aims to accelerate the integration of visually impaired individuals into the workforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and support to thrive in their careers.
