Srishti Seva Sansthan

Srishti Seva Sansthan  is an independent registered, non-government and nonprofit civil society organization based at Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. SSS, Read more registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 as well registered under FCRA, 12AA & 80 G also. Our aim is to bring people the right to live while removing inequality and inequity in society. SSS came in to being in the year 2000 when the group of dynamic teams with similar thoughts, similar ideologies, and similar ages came together to work for a larger cause of addressing the inequities prevailing in the society. It started as a small committed group working for the rights of marginal class. In this short span of time SSS, owing to the linkage of its members, enjoy a diverse portfolio characterized by a partnership with UP State AIDS Control Society, Tata Trust, Hindustan Unilever Foundation, Childline India Foundation, Indo global social service society, and NEG-Fire. The organization is working from two decades on the issues of women empowerment, livelihood, and adolescent empowerment at Maharajganj district of eastern Uttar Pradesh. It’s work focuses on the empowerment of socially and economically backward communities by promoting their self initiatives for improved education, better health & livelihood. Hence organization is working in the Maharajganj from 18 years with the women and child for their socially, economically, and politically empowerment with limited resources. So we have a mobilized group i.e. Nari Sangh and Kisan Sangh in the district and these groups are taking up their own issues within the legal framework. In the current development portfolio, the organization works impacting 3000 families on livelihood enhancement through agro-based intervention as well as 67872 families on sexual reproductive health rights, gender-based discrimination, and violence, skill development, women leadership development for the rights and entitlements realization. The intervention of the organization was gradually in the past years.
