Vartamaan Care Network Foundation is a mental health organization incorporated as a section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govern Read morement of India. Vartamaan is based out of Tinsukia, Assam and is dedicated to making timely mental health support accessible and affordable for young adults so as to enhance their mental well-being and life satisfaction.  We reach, identify and provide immediate mental health support to young people (college students and unemployed youth of all sexualities in tier 3 towns and rural areas) struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and/or self-harm. We help restore the well-being of our beneficiaries through regular telephonic Consultancy, Counselling and referral services. Our vision is to create a world where young adults experience an enhanced sense of well-being and are able to function with ease and efficiency even in stressful situations.   This year we aim to serve 1000 youth directly.

    Vartamaan's SAATH Programme seeks to provide youngsters in Assam who require acute mental health treatment with timely, cost-effective mental health care and support.

    We help young people who are in need by getting to know them, figuring out their problems, and guiding them towards wellness. We refer clinical cases to our partner psychiatrists and offer free consultation and counselling support as needed along the well-being path.
