Skills and Livelihood
StateWe simultaneously trained young people from the community in a range of sectors to accomplish the aims of the Payir team, which included community health animators, instructors, alternative construction techniques, stabilised mud block production, organic farming, and a cooperative cattle farm. Secondly, by offering instruction in a few new sectors, like the food industry, bag production, consistent stitching, BPO, and sequencing. The next big step towards sustainability was to use as much locally produced material as possible to enhance cash flows and the local economy. Our goal was to serve as subject matter experts and team leaders while giving the less fortunate members of society chances. Young mothers were also given special consideration so that they could provide their kids with more choices and opportunities.
