Karunalaya is a secular, non-profit voluntary organization working for the protection and development of street and working children in Chennai city s Read moreince 1995. It was started as a small organization for the care, protection, and rehabilitation of runaway, destitute street children, children working in the fishing industry, street youth and empowerment of women in the fishing community, street and pavement dwelling communities.
