Bal Mahila Vikas Samiti, founded by Shri IB Verma in 1988, aims to uplift children and women in Madhya Pradesh, particularly in the challenging Bundel Read morekhand region. Recognizing the disparities prevalent in marginalized communities, the organization focuses on enhancing education standards for children and improving the quality of life for women in Datia and its surrounding areas. It established an educational centre with a vocational training institute (ITI) to cater to young adults and an ANM school offering Anganwadi training for marginalized women. Shri IB Verma's vision and dedication laid the foundation for the organization, which continues to thrive under the guidance of a committed team. Since its inception, Bal Mahila Vikas Samiti has been dedicated to addressing the educational and socio-economic challenges faced by communities in Madhya Pradesh, particularly in Datia. Through initiatives like the ITI and ANM school, it aims to empower youth and women by providing them with skills and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Despite the passing of Shri IB Verma in 2018, his legacy lives on through the impactful work of the organization and the unwavering commitment of its team members to bring positive change to the lives of children and women in the region.
