Amcha Ghar Bal Gruh Programme
Since 1996, Amcha Ghar Balgruh has provided shelter and support to underprivileged orphan and semi-orphan girls aged 6-18. With a capacity for 25 girls, it offers English medium education, medical care, recreational activities, self-defence training, and spiritual guidance, operating under the Juvenile Justice Act. Nearly 90 girls have been successfully reintegrated into society, pursuing diverse careers like civil engineering, MBA, and teaching. The home ensures holistic development through academic support, extracurricular activities, and ongoing assistance even after beneficiaries leave.

Education Support Programmes
Amcha Ghar prioritizes providing top-tier English medium education to underprivileged children, aiming to empower them and combat societal issues like poverty and child labour. Established in 2002 and 2018, the Amcha Ghar English High School & Junior College caters to over 800 students from Uttan and nearby villages, fostering holistic development and bridging socioeconomic gaps. Additionally, recognizing the challenge of distance for village children, Amcha Ghar initiated a group of Pre-Primary English Medium Schools in 2014, ensuring quality education at their doorstep. Furthermore, the Migrant Angels Education initiative supports needy Maharashtrian Hindu Warli children with education, nutrition, healthcare, and essential supplies while their parents work at construction sites.
