Rural Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Educational Society (RRR Educational Society - RRRES) is a grassroots voluntary development organization, min Read moreistering to the poor and needy in the rural areas of Nellore & Prakasham Districts. This organization was formed by a group of committed persons who were deeply moved by the plight of the poor in the villages and especially the suffering of the poorest of the poor, the Dalith, Tribal people. This community has been ostracized, terrorized, brutalized and marginalized, throughout the centuries, and is considered untouchable by Indian culture. RRRES has been undertaking many developmental activities such as promotion of Self Help Groups, Migrant children schools, Evening schools to tribal Children, Seasonal hostels to migrant children, Health Programs, Entrepreneurship Development Programs, Water & Sanitation Projects, Sustainable agriculture projects, Organic farming, Women Rights, Human Rights, Environmental and Watershed Development Projects in Nellore, Prakasham, Guntur and Chittoor Districts of Andhra Pradesh State of India. We are also conducting awareness training on water management skills to save the water with proper utilization. We have conducted land development activities in Nellore & Prakasham districts.  Our target communities are S.C, S.T, B.C & Minority communities along with Fisher Folk, formers in Nellore and Prakasam Districts of Andhra Pradesh.  This formers main cultivation is Paddy, vegetables, flower gardens, sugarcane, sunflower, fishery and groundnut etc. In this areas, we are implementing various programmes like evening schools, fisherfolk development, tribal awareness programmes, CBDP, child rights, land rights & women rights programmes, Non-pesticide Management, vermin compost promotion activities, formation of school management committees, children committees, formers committees, Tribal Development programmes, women group promotion, Health and food security programs. We are having a good relationship with village leaders, SHG leaders, Farmer Clubs etc.   RRRES is having legality certificates like FCRA for foreign funding, 23 years experience in social service           VISION: We envision a fair society without any form of discrimination with equitable access to development opportunities and benefits and equity in productive resource distribution and control. RRRES envisions an equitable society where disadvantaged people are empowered to live creative, fulfilling and healthy lives MISSION: RRRES works to empower children, young people, Disabled and women, especially from marginalized social groups, to take control of their own, their families and their communities’ health. RRRES long term goal is to ensure equitable livelihood through socially and ecologically sustainable methods, to all members of the under-privileged class. Objectives: To construct Model villages, to organize Model agricultural farms, joint farming societies, cross-breeding farms, nurseries to help the poor agriculturists and to popularize social forestry and to establish Agro-service centres, conduct training, short-term courses for agriculturists and agricultural labourers. To help farmers to achieve higher farm productivity, To enable communities to develop and manage water, soil and forest resources for long term ecological security, To establish Krishi Vignan Kendra, Appropriate Rural Technology Centers and Production-cum-Training Centers in order to provide training and to disseminate latest agricultural practices to the farming community and farm labourers. To promote Unity, Discipline Service, and Patriotism, to promote development in Scientific, Political and Social Fields; to create deepest desire towards National Development Programme. To promote Professional/ Agricultural/ Handicrafts; to enhance the Economical development of the country. To conduct Holiday Home Camps and Cultural Tours for the benefit of the members and children. To promote Cultural Recreation Activities; to promote development in Scientific Weaker Section and to eradicate communalism in the Citizens of India. Running Residential Institutions for the Health Care Protection and rehabilitation of Socially Handicapped Children etc. To arrange Temporary Homes for children from broken homes; children of unattached workers; employed or under training and the like. To establish Orphanages and Home for the aged by providing free boarding and education, irrespective of caste, community and creed. To establish Dispensaries and Medical Centers to provide drugs for the poor sufferers in Rural and Urban areas. To establish Technical Institutions and Welfare Centers for Tribals, Oppressed and Poor to uplift them in the Society. To open Libraries in different localities with useful books for the benefit of the Society. Running of Balwadies, Hobby Clubs, and Nursery of Pre-primary Schools for the Adult and Poor. To carry on social and cultural activities by conducting relief works, such as cyclone, famine and providing agricultural facilities with modern methods. All other objects of the society are Non-political, non-racial and non-tribalistic.   This is a non-profitable Association/ Organisation. To promote educational institutions of Health Science and Computer courses, and organize training centres for women and children in Social work and in carrying investigations, and implementing developmental activities. To propagate the prohibition ideology organize workshops, seminars, including cultural activities, organize awareness programme against Drug, Abuse/ Alcoholism, Drug awareness counselling centres, treatment cum Rehabilitation Centers. To work for the economic, social, educational and cultural development of the people of India particularly of the people of agricultural workers, small farmers and artisans in rural areas. To defuse useful knowledge regarding rural and urban development and village small scale industries to undertake study, research and publications of literature and reports on problems relating to the objects and activities of Society. To assist and organize, and undertake rehabilitation, reconstruction programmes aimed at the economic development of people for areas affected by natural calamities like floods, cyclones, droughts, earthquakes etc. To collaborate with other institutions, associations and societies in India or abroad interested in similar objects and to conduct educational tours for the women and children in the country as well as abroad.
