We have also made deliberate planned and sustained effort to foster the viability of the indigenous culture. The social endeavour got initiated under the dynamic leadership of our Chief Functionary as well as a founder member of the organization Ms Shweta Jain. As an accomplished social activist, she traced out people who are driven by altruistic passion. Gradually she motivated them to initiate a collective endeavour and ensured their harmonious assemblage within the institutional framework of a voluntary organization SSEWA The organization got officially registered on the year 31st Oct 2002.  A critical analysis of the process of organizational development clearly reveals that the most effective input behind the escalating momentum of the institution was “TEAM BUILDING & TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP”.
