SIRDS is dedicated to improving living standards for marginalized populations, irrespective of gender, age, or caste. Their mission spans Health care, Education, Welfare, Education Scholarship, Groundwater harvesting, Environmental initiatives, Rural Technology development, and Capacity building, all contributing to sustainable development. The organisation supports children and youth in realizing their full potential. SIRDS is engaged in various impactful activities, including sourcing and financing initiatives, building extensive networks, strengthening communities, providing education and care services, and offering consultancy. Through collaborative efforts, SIRDS envisions a future where the safety, resilience, and value of every young individual are prioritised.

Humanitarian Programmes
The organisation focuses on a range of humanitarian programmes, including the free distribution of books to children, health education, and awareness initiatives. It actively participates in rural development programmes and conducts skill development training for women and youth. Environment awareness is another key aspect of its activities. The organisation runs a scholarship programme for economically disadvantaged children and provides micro-credit programs to self-help groups (SHGs).
