Programs

  • Let’s Code Project

The Let’s Code Project, a commendable initiative launched by Change Initiatives in partnership with Capgemini, strives to empower young minds across 10 government-sponsored schools within the Sonarpur circle. This project is tailored for students from class VI to IX, providing them with a distinctive chance to explore the fundamentals of computer programming and coding languages like Scratch and Python.

  • Nabanna initiative

The Nabanna initiative, led by Change Initiatives, is dedicated to empowering women through skill development, entrepreneurship, and awareness-raising activities.

Our objective is to expand women's perspectives by implementing programs focused on livelihoods, health, environmental issues, and gender rights. We aim to influence attitudes and promote behavioral changes through mentoring, targeted information dissemination, and partnerships with service providers.

Initially conceived as a project to enhance women's access to ICT tools, Nabanna has evolved to encompass a broader scope, including initiatives to facilitate direct empowerment through digital information access. The program now also emphasizes income generation through ICT-based businesses and skill enhancement in areas such as tailoring and paper-bag production.
