Vocational Training Centre
The Vocational Training Centre for Girl Children addresses the pressing social need to enhance skill enablement, especially for those impacted by HIV, school dropouts, single-parent households, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Despite efforts in education, there exists a gap in equipping girls with job market-ready skills. The proposed centre aims to fill this void, offering free skill development programmes. Objectives include providing market-relevant skills, boosting communication and confidence, preparing for employment, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and corporate/job market demands for every girl child.
