The Purva Seema Vikas Pratishtan (PSVP) laid down its founding principles through an impactful initiative: relocating tribal children from remote hill Read morey regions of Manipur in North-East India to Maharashtra for improved educational prospects. This admirable effort persisted for more than twenty years, benefiting over 300 children who not only received education but also excelled in their careers. Dedicated to "National Integration through Education," PSVP addresses challenges like anti-social activities and inadequate educational facilities, aiming to bridge the geographical gap between the secluded North East and mainland India. Managing three schools in Manipur's remote hilly areas, it is committed to transforming the educational landscape and promoting social cohesion. Alongside its educational goals, PSVP undertakes various social activities including the Train the Teachers programme, Sports & Cultural events for students, Health camps, Educational seminars, and Career counselling sessions, significantly contributing to holistic development in the region.

Schools/Vidyalayas Programmes
PSVP has established and manages three schools in remote hilly regions of Manipur. Notably, the school in Tamenglong recently endured an earthquake, necessitating immediate funds for reconstruction. Each school's sub-pages provide detailed information and funding requirements. The first school, 'Oja Shankar Vidyalaya,' located in Kharasom, Ukhrul District, operating since 2002 and accommodates 175 students with 12 staff members. The second school, 'Pou Shankar Kane Vidyalaya,' in Tamenglong, initiated in 2009, currently hosts 100 students. The third school, 'Pu Shankar Kane Vidyalay,' at Ngaloimoul, Churachandpur, began in 2015, serving 150 students.
