The foundation provides advisory services across the entire value chain, guiding stakeholders on social responsibility and formulating strategies that identify sustainability risks and opportunities. As a not-for-profit organization, the foundation focuses on providing sustainable living solutions for communities facing socio-economic challenges, including women, children, and the specially-abled. Targeting various groups such as jail inmates, visually impaired individuals, children of bidi workers, rural women and children, Anganwadi workers, primary health centers, village-level youth, informal economies, and industrial and agricultural laborers, the foundation strives to enhance life growth opportunities. The foundation implements interventions in education, offering digital, STEM, and language courses, and in health, addressing menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, family planning, and mother and child health. The foundation also provides livelihood support through entrepreneurial and skill-based training for both men and women to create economic viability. Currently, the foundation operates in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

Its mission is to facilitate sustainable development through knowledge expertise in diverse issues addressing health, education, economic development, infrastructure and environmental management.

Collaborated with Unicharm India to implement the "Nola & Dola" program, promoting menstrual hygiene among female inmates in Faridabad District Jail. Over four years, reached more than 5,000 women across Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, breaking the silence on menstrual hygiene.
Renovated government schools in Uttar Pradesh, enhancing the learning environment. Inaugurated a STEM Lab in a government school in Bangalore with Seagate Technologies, supporting experimental learning among students. Organized employee mentorship programs in various government schools to provide extra learning opportunities to students.
Provided safe drinking water by installing an RO plant in a Chennai school with the support of DXC Technology.
