Haripur Welfare Society, is a Govt. Registered non- profitable, non- Government, community base social welfare organization. Since 2015 It is running Read moreby Child care & Protection and Women Empowerment, anti-trafficking program, skill development livelihood activities among the school drop out unemployed youths, Disaster Risk Reduction Programme, Community Health including WASH, Agriculture Development, Fisheries, Horticulture, Formation & strengthen SHGs among the poor & vulnerable adolescent girls/women and ensuring Right to Education among the marginalise children. Since last 3 years, Haripur Welfare Society is actively presence in 10 villages under vulnerable Blocks of Sundarban region, South 24 Paragans District, West Bengal, one of the high risk zones related to natural calamity and child trafficking.


Action

The organization implements action-oriented development programs for the upliftment of socially excluded groups through public awareness, community development and integrated social actions in partnership with government and other welfare agencies.
