Programs

  • Skill Development

Enhancing the financial and social empowerment of vulnerable women is the twin aim of the skills development efforts. The ultimate objective is for women's economic independence to have a positive effect on entire families. The initiatives' main goal is to empower and encourage women in a variety of ways.

Twenty-eight women completed extensive training in 2022 with success, covering a wide range of skill sets such as driving, cooking, tailoring, air conditioning, refrigerator repair, and beautician services. The training programmes include an essential component that teaches women about their rights and entitlements in addition to skill gain. Additionally, the projects provide therapy and assistance to women to help them deal with abuse and oppression, which promotes the growth of their self-confidence and self-esteem.

  • Mental Health Counselling

At LittleBigHelp, we firmly think that people may be enabled to achieve their objectives and honourably and fully contribute to society. To meet this goal and lessen stigma and discrimination, we offer vulnerable children in the community and at the childcare facility mental health support through individual, group, and family counselling as well as play therapy and psycho-social competency development for team members. The voice of underprivileged groups on this crucial mental health issue will be amplified thanks to LittleBigHelp, which is a major driving force behind the various development challenges.
