A charitable trust/NGO working for treatment, awareness and rehabilitation of person affected by critical illness like HIV/AIDS by providing them fre Read moree medical treatment, educational and nutritional support and related things for their rehabilitation. The organisation has supported 5 special orphanages for HIV/AIDS victims of Maharashtra through this intervention. It works with orphan, single parent, HIV/AIDS affected students who are above 18 years of age by making them self independent by providing them 'silai' machine, vocational training like sanitary pad manufacturing, Ganpati idol making etc. It has organized HIV/AIDS Awareness Cycling Rally in 7 states of India and conducted AIDS awareness programs in schools, colleges, NGOs, panchayat etc. Through the Menstrual Hygiene Management and Awareness Program it has spread awareness and provided free sanitary pads to school going adolescent girls. So far, more than 4,300 adolescent girls of 27 schools of Parbhani Districts are benefited. Aims and objectives: • To provide preventive, curative, and palliative care using principles of homeopathy, with a focus on socially and economically disadvantaged sections of society. • To promote integrated medical research in homeopathy. • To conduct epidemiological surveys of different diseases to identify suitable medicines for prevention and eradication. • To undertake scientific research in critical illnesses such as AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. • To organize health awareness programs, particularly addressing AIDS, alcoholism, and drug addiction. • To initiate research projects related to medical and paramedical subjects. • To advance the field of homeopathic medicine and allied sciences to improve public health. • To educate the public about public health and sanitation through educational campaigns. • To conduct medical and preventive camps in rural areas, including villages and slum areas. • To raise awareness about homeopathy and health among the general population. • To integrate concepts of homeopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, and modern medicine for disease prevention and treatment, and to research the effectiveness of such holistic approaches. • To provide medical, nutritional, educational, and residential care and support for individuals suffering from critical illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and cancer. • To establish and manage hospitals, day care centres, rehabilitation centres, child care centres, counselling centres, and other facilities for patients and individuals with critical illnesses. • To support various vulnerable groups including PLHIV, orphans, old age persons, street children, tribal people, widows, handicaps, mentally retarded individuals, and families of martyrs and prisoners, by providing comprehensive care and rehabilitation support. • To raise funds and accept donations to fulfil the objectives of the charitable trust. • To establish orphanages, vocational training centres, shelters, de-addiction centres, schools for socially and economically backward children, and other facilities to support the community. • To form self-help groups and networks for persons suffering from HIV/AIDS and organize social, educational, health, and vocational activities to enhance their well-being. • To publish periodicals, journals, and magazines to promote awareness on various health, medical, and social issues including homeopathy, HIV/AIDS, cancer, human rights, and women's rights.

TUBAID Project
Dr. Pawan S. Chandak, along with the 'Homoeopathic Academy of Research & Charities' and Dr. George Loukas from DIETHNIS ORGANOSI OMOIOPATHITIKIS ALLILEGGIIS, Athens, Greece, has been collaborating on the 'TUBAID Project' since October 2008, with financial support from Dr. George Loukas and his organization. The project focuses on researching the efficacy of homeopathic medicines in managing HIV infection.
Since October 2008 to January 2009, over 75 patients have been registered in the Case Register for the research. Led by Principal Investigator Dr. Pawan S. Chandak and Co-Investigator Dr. Mrs. Asha Pawan Chandak, the project provides free homeopathic treatment to HIV positive patients. Comprehensive assessments are conducted for each patient, including detailed case history and various investigations such as Tridot Test, Complete Blood Count, ESR, Liver Function Test, Kidney Function Test, Sputum Test (in suspected cases), immunological investigations like Cd4 count, and Viral load.
