We a team of 7 doctors started AISHWARYAM TRUST, now functioning in Vilachery, Madurai which is a 50 bedded centre only for abandoned old patients. Mo Read morest of them are rescued from homeless in the streets deserted by their family. At the time of rescue they were mostly found to be physically and mentally ill. They are given medical support by our doctors team with nursing care and counseling. Some of them have also rejoined with their family members. But most of the terminally ill patients are given palliative care in our centre till their end stage. If we can't trace their address, final rites also done by our team under legal guidance.
Action
Aishwaryam Trust offers palliative care, medical rehabilitation, free medical camps, and educational support. It rescues abandoned individuals, provides medical treatment, and rehabilitates terminally ill patients. It also conducts awareness campaigns on health, sanitation, and social issues.

Pain Relief and Palliative Care
Every patient at NPPRC receives housing, food, clothing, a diagnosis, and more medical care. a group of professionals from several fields, comprising a physiotherapist, nurses, lab techs, pharmacists, duty medical officers, and other carers. Treating the prisoners to improve their quality of life, the speciality physicians (the board of trustees consists of physicians) operate under the belief that those who are dying and in pain should get compassionate treatment that meets their physical, emotional, and spiritual requirements.
