The Sardardham has adopted Mission, Vision, Goals. Mission   To Social transformation to the Nation Building   To socially consolidate and ensure the unity & fraternity   Social, Educational & economical development of the community Vision   To undertake various Programme to enable integrated development of society   To empower the youth through establishing educational/training institute (Centre of Excellence)   To provide employment & Career opportunities to youngsters   To provide platform for entrepreneurship & skill development   To preserve & sustain the Patidar Culture Goals Social :-  Global Presence / Recognition of Patidars – Alignment From Village to Global Level. Social and Economic Development of all Needy Patidar’s Family   Women Empowerment – through education, self employment and entrepreneurship   To Endeavour to eliminate the health-hazard habit, like Tobacco, liaquor, Gutaka etc. Creating Hostel Facilities for 2000 Boys and Girls With all amenities and affordable in the first phase. Construction and Development of “Sardardham” Head and Corporate Office with Training Centre as a part of “Career Development”.  In the Second Phase it is Proposed to acquire sufficient land and to Create Hostel facilities to accommodate 8000, Boys and Girls and eventually to open new centers. With the Cooperation of Serving or retired officers including corporate educatives and community leaders – problems / Grievance resolution centers will be started E.G. Revenue Guidance and Legal Guidance Forum – Industrial Guidance.         The Following sector specific activities are undertaken to implement above Mission, Vision and Goals. Educational Sardardham has started 8 Civil Service Centre in various part of Gujarat State and Student are undergoing training and around within a span of 3 year 300 candidates are got an appointment in various department in government. Sardardham has under taken a Project and the 1000 Boys & 1000 Girls are to be provided with hostel facilities and this building will have will library & E-library and “State of Art” classrooms.  The Sardardham has a scheme to give a financial assistance more particular to the girls whose income is less than 2 lack.  Scheme of Girls adoption for educational purpose is launched. Economic Upliftment      The Sardardham has Mission to provide a self employment opportunity to the lower income group by imparting training.    Sardardham has launch the Global Patidar Business Organisation (GPBO) whereby the business opportunity is created and the facility centre will be started to avail the State Government / Centre Government Scheme. Provide employment to the educated youth and un-employment people. Sardardham has Mission to provide employment to a 10 thousand people by under taking a skill development programme and with the support of various industries and Trade Organisation. Entrepreneur Development Programme   Sardardham has vision to develop and promote entrepreneurs and started the entrepreneur development training to the educated youth so, that they can start their own business through “Start Up” and “Make in India” and availing the benefit under the Mundra Scheme.   To facilitate young entrepreneur to tie up with community Business and Industrial leader.  Rural Development & Health Facility   As the Patidar Community is residing in villages and engaged in agriculture activity, various rural development scheme to be undertaken. -           Upliftment of rural people there is also a mission to undertake various health activity to improve the health standard and to avail the medical facility with minimum cost.    Community Transformation  To undertaken various awareness programme to abolish riaid custom and tradition.  To eliminate the discrimination among various group and various of patidar to create communal harmony.   Strengthen community spirit to help each other for overall upliftment of society.
