Renowned for its relief and rehabilitation efforts in the wake of natural disasters like the 2004 Tsunami, the 2015 Chennai Flood, the 2018 Kerala Flood, and Gaja Cyclone, Sevabharathi Tamilnadu is lauded for its swift and effective response. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, it remained steadfast in its commitment to serving mankind. Looking ahead, Sevabharathi Tamilnadu plans to continue its 'Pancha Kaarya' initiatives while also embarking on rural development projects and supporting self-reliance efforts in remote villages, aiming for universal welfare through nationalistic service.

Moreover, it operates a free mobile library, aiming to bridge gaps in knowledge by distributing books on Indian culture and history to villages, enriching both children and their families with valuable insights.

Operating three Mobile Medical Vans across Chennai, it conducts free medical camps serving 250 patients daily, focusing on underprivileged communities. Additionally, it hosts 'Arogya Sarathy' camps for truck drivers. Yoga therapy is integrated into their programs, harnessing its benefits for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The organization also offers Neuro Therapy at ten centres around Chennai, focusing on non-invasive treatments for various ailments. Furthermore, it organises general medical, eye treatment, and blood donation camps throughout Tamilnadu, and runs a non-profit blood bank in Salem, catering to the needs of the less fortunate.
