The organisation's goal is to confront and alleviate the educational scarcity arising from such situations. It endeavours to create opportunities for individuals in rural areas, urban slums, and educationally underserved regions of India. Through mobilising communities and empowering stakeholders, the organisation aims to counteract economic and social marginalisation in education, particularly among underprivileged children who have prematurely left school. Anubhuti focuses on tackling issues such as forced labour, parental livelihood concerns, migration challenges, and the lack of engaging teaching methods in schools. Catalyzing systemic change, Anubhuti is committed to supporting, empowering, and offering sustainable solutions for the often overlooked societal challenges.

The Bridge Fellowship
The BRIDGE Fellowship is dedicated to ensuring equal access to quality education for all children. In collaboration with the Government of Haryana, the fellowship engages local youth through an MoU, providing access to all Government schools in the region. Impacting 50,000 children in reading skills, 500 direct dropouts, and establishing 494 reading corners, the fellowship focuses on short-term goals of bringing dropouts back to formal education and ensuring high retention rates. Long-term objectives include empowering parents, teachers, and the community, fostering systemic change, and envisioning a brighter future for every child. The fellowship's 3C model emphasizes Classroom Interventions, Community Mobilization, and Capacity Building to create empathetic, action-oriented citizens.

EduSEL Programme
EduSEL focuses on integrating Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) into education, emphasizing the development of students' self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills. Beyond academic achievements, the programme nurtures critical thinking, self-reflection, and healthy relationships. Piloted with 45 master trainers, EduSEL lays the foundation for positive, long-term impacts on individuals and communities, as research indicates improved academic, and professional outcomes, enhanced well-being, and stronger relationships through social-emotional skill development. It promises holistic student development for success in education, work, and life.

Covid Response Programme
Amidst the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, vulnerable communities, including the jobless, elderly, undocumented, and refugees, face heightened challenges such as food insecurity and lack of protective resources. Anubhuti strives to alleviate the impact by offering material aid, food security, hygiene education, and psycho-social support. Initiatives like Nivala aim to provide essential rations and medication to those affected, ensuring that no one sleeps on an empty stomach. The Nivala 2.0 campaign addresses the second wave, offering cooked meals and masks to vulnerable communities. Additionally, the Mission Sanjeevani Project supports critical patients with oxygen-related resources during this crisis.

Anubhuti was selected for Teach for India incubation, groomed at I-Venture by the Indian School of Business, and IIM Calcutta. They also launched The Bridge Fellowship with District administration.
