Old Age Home Programme
Working towards establishing the "SAHAYA OLD AGE HOME" initially in Kalaburagi and later in other branches of Karnataka, the project aims to provide elderly individuals with a comfortable living environment and basic amenities. The project will commence in the open space of the property owned by the founder and managing trustee, Mr. Santosh Patil, who generously provides the space rent-free until a dedicated building is acquired for the old age home. Facilities at the old age home include a full-time staff responsible for management, caregiving, cooking, cleaning, and security. Their duties involve overseeing day-to-day affairs, ensuring the well-being of residents, and overall management and maintenance of the facility.

Free Healthcare Programmes
Offering complimentary consultation and medications to orphanages, old age homes, and individuals with disabilities, this initiative extends support to vulnerable communities. Specifically, free preventive medicines for Dengue and emergency medical supplies have been provided to "Asha Niketan," a residence for intellectually disabled individuals in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka. This assistance is provided whenever there is a need, benefiting around 20-30 residents and additional staff members at the facility.

This programme aims to provide valuable information to the rural communities in Kalaburagi District, Karnataka, covering topics such as farming, cultivation, and various state and central government schemes, including subsidy loans and insurance. Focused on empowering the underprivileged, these awareness programs offer insights into areas like health, finance, agriculture, and education. Conducted every six months, the initiative strives to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the local populace, enabling them to avail themselves of crucial support in various aspects of their lives.

Initiating a program for the villages in Aland Taluka, District Kalaburgi, Karnataka, and other rural areas in Kalaburgi, this effort addresses the aftermath of natural calamities like famine and droughts. The programme involves providing affected communities with new grains and fertilizers to rejuvenate agricultural lands. Additionally, financial assistance is extended for the education of children and fulfilling basic needs. The support is facilitated through "S.S. Patil Finance & Leasing," located at Jewargi Cross, Kalaburgi, under the stewardship of the Managing Trustee. This initiative aims to help people rebuild their lives after facing significant losses.

Offering free treatment, consultation, medicines, and counselling at "Suraksha Homeopathy Healthcare" in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, this initiative caters to orphans, disabled individuals, elderly citizens, and the economically disadvantaged. Dr. Sheeba Rani, also a Trustee of Sahaya Charitable Trust, owns this clinic, which actively conducts health programmes in and around Bangalore. The clinic operates every day without any holidays, serving the community since 2017. This healthcare initiative aims to provide essential medical services to those in need, promoting the well-being of vulnerable populations.

Mahadevi Thai Mahila Vidyavardhaka Sangh Vrudhashrama
Established on Old Chincholi Road, Kalaburgi, Karnataka, this Old Age Home accommodates and cares for 30-40 impoverished and homeless elderly individuals 24/7. Monthly provisions and emergency medicines are currently provided, with plans to extend regular monthly assistance in the future. Seeking support from fortunate and benevolent individuals, Sahaya Charitable Trust aims to enhance the support provided to these elderly residents. The effort is to create a sustainable and compassionate environment for their well-being through collaborative efforts from the community.
