Manav Seva Education and Charitable Trust actively supports marginalized communities in Sanand Block through initiatives focused on health, education, Read more natural resource management, and the environment. It engages schoolchildren in environment education activities, such as exposure visits, science fairs, and events like Bal Mela, while facilitating discussions with school management committees. The trust organizes health awareness programs for mothers and children, including meetings, health camps, and the provision of supplementary nutrition. It also conducts plantation activities in schools and Anganwadis, encouraging both male and female village leaders to take ownership of these programs. To ensure its activities are sustainable, the trust collaborates with government departments and funding agencies. It fosters partnerships with organizations such as the forest, health, and education departments, the ICDS wing, district rural development agencies, and the water supply department. Additionally, it coordinates closely with local block and village Panchayats to create synergy and enhance the impact of its programs. Through these efforts, the trust has reached over 16,000 individuals, including 4,620 from SC/ST communities, in just one year.

Environment Awareness Programme
To tackle emerging environmental concerns in Sanand Taluka, Manav Seva Trust initiated awareness programmes in 48 schools, reaching over 12,000 students with support from Tata Motors Limited during 2019–20. Focusing on building environmental consciousness, the initiative included a baseline survey, the development of activity modules, and training sessions for teachers. The programme aimed to instill knowledge, skills, and responsibility in students to actively address and resolve environmental challenges.

Educational Programme
Manav Seva Trust emphasizes that literacy alone does not define education; true education encompasses the development of knowledge, values, and skills through various engaging methods. Supported by BOSCH India Foundation, an Inclusive Education Programme was implemented across 17 schools in Sanand block. The initiative concentrated on enhancing reading, writing, and numeracy skills among primary students while also incorporating a range of interactive activities to support holistic learning and growth.
Milestones & Track Record
The trust has undertaken mangrove plantation in an area of 1,600 hectares since 2005 and has grown its team to over 880 members as of 2023.
