Emphasis is placed not only on technical skills but also on communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in interacting with patients and families. Fellows receive a stipend as remuneration, and upon completion, are awarded a Fellowship Completion Certificate, signifying their proficiency as spine surgeons.
