Indiadonates, a flagship program under DevPro, operates as an online platform collaborating with small and mid-sized non-governmental organisations (NGOs) throughout India. Its primary focus lies in resource mobilization, curating innovative development programs, and enhancing the capacities of these organisations. Indiadonates addresses eight thematic areas: Disability, Disaster & Response, Education, Elderly Care, Environment, Health, Income Generation, and Water & Sanitation. Through this platform, it seeks to amplify the impact of NGOs by providing a centralized avenue for fundraising and collaboration in diverse developmental sectors.

Fundraising Strategy Workshop Programme
The 'Masterclass on Fundraising and Communications' workshop, held on October 10-11, 2019, aimed to enhance the fundraising understanding and mechanisms of partner NGOs. Focusing on four thematic areas—Fundraising Strategy, Development Communication, Proposal Development, and Reporting Requirements—the workshop provided valuable insights. Another 'Workshop on Fundraising' took place on January 7, 2020, conducted by Dr. Gary G. Hoag. This one-day seminar equipped participants with the fundamentals of a robust fundraising program. The workshop covered essential components such as drafting a case for support, maximizing multi-channel communication, and building a major gifts programme.

Capacity Building Programme
Under the Capacity Building initiative, INDIAdonates conducted a Masterclass on Fundraising and Communication, emphasizing design-thinking modules for partner organisations. This programme aims to empower NGOs with essential skills for independent and resilient operations. With fundraising as a core competency, the Masterclass focused on Development Communication, Conventional and Internet Fundraising, Digital Media Fundraising, and the Development of Fundraising Strategy. A virtual workshop on 'Development of Organisational Fundraising Strategy' followed on October 29, 2020, engaging 11 NGO partners to enhance their mechanisms and understanding of fundraising.

Disaster Management Programme
DevPro collaborates with NGOs across India to drive systemic change, focusing on mobilizing resources for stronger programs. In response to the challenges brought by COVID-19, they partnered with multiple NGOs like Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha, Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre, Manav Vikas Sansthan, Vikas Samvad Samiti, and ICCO, providing nutritious food to vulnerable groups during the lockdown. It joined forces with Gulaab, a women-led Self-Help Group, to produce and distribute subsidized masks in Delhi's urban slums, supporting livelihoods. It also aided in cyclone and flood relief efforts in West Bengal, Odisha, and Assam, addressing urgent needs for displaced families.

On Mental Health Day, observed on October 10th, INDIAdonates introduced a web-talk series featuring renowned psychologist Piya Banerjee for the first time. The discussion delved into the urban-rural disparity in medical health accessibility and awareness. It highlighted the increasing awareness among rural communities and emphasized the collective responsibility that institutions should undertake urgently to address mental health. The session aimed to promote dialogue and understanding, fostering a sense of shared responsibility in tackling mental health challenges across different demographics.
