Jove Conscious Foundation (JCF) is a Delhi-based NGO that is relentlessly working towards the development of women and empower them in diverse fields. Read more Initiated by Mr. Sanjay Gupta and Ms. Renu Gupta, JCF was established in 2015 under Section-8 of the Companies Act (earlier known as Section 25).  While Mr. Sanjay is a leading businessperson, Mrs. Renu is working for women empowerment as a social activist for over 10 years. Other than Mr. Sanjay and Mrs. Renu, JCF incorporates a group of committed individuals with high valour and ambition who works with a vision to amplify equality in Indian society.  Women are the backbone of society. They are not less than any other gender when it comes to contributing to society. However, women in India face the brunt of patriarchy and often struggle to voice their opinions. The main causes for this are the high illiteracy rate among women and financial issues due to their dependency on the male member of their families. JCF aims to create a safe nest where women can feel empowered and confident. By professional and technical training, it helps women to embrace and polish their skills. It encourages underprivileged, marginalized, and neglected women to stand on their feet and make effective decisions in their lives. JCF has set up a Skill Training Academy for women in Mundka with a capacity to train and educate over 500-700 women annually. With the help of trained coaching staff and multiple Market-Driven Skill courses offered, every woman is given an equal opportunity to learn and inculcate different forms of livelihood methods depending upon the individual’s capabilities. By far, it has assisted over 1,00,000 women in establishing their foothold and covered more than 30 villages to spread awareness about the importance of education, self-care and financial independence.  Self-sustainability for women is the primary aim of JCF. It believes in assimilating knowledge and values with health, education, gender-sensitization to empower women. By the means of livelihood, these women can grow exponentially on social, economic and financial front.  Jove Conscious Foundation feels proud in uplifting the women who once had faced domestic violence, sexual abuse, divorce cases, poverty and other hardships. Thereby, it supports equality in true measures and envisions future India to be built on parameters where all are included and encouraged to feel strong as well as emotive.
