Set up in memory of Amba Dalmia, the Foundation's work focuses on women's education, gender equality and life skills training. ADFT has been making a Read moredifference in children’s lives since 2013. Located at the intersection of social development and tennis, ADFT's work is a life-affirming journey that builds on the richness and power of sport for development and peace. We have been providing young people with the training, coaching and skills they need to break the cycle of poverty and become exceptional individuals. The flagship initiative, EduTennis aims to address some of the challenges children and youth from all walks of life face in India. The program is planned to bring the benefits of life skills coaching using tennis as a template to all children. The current pilot program is designed for government and low-income schools and aimed at teaching 21st-century life skills using the game of tennis. The program is operational in two Delhi schools, one of which is run by the Delhi Government.
