The Centre for Development Research and Training (CDRT) emerged from a team of seasoned professionals with over a decade of experience in the vulnerab Read morele Tribal uplands of Eastern India, recognizing the pressing need for skilled human resources in regional development. Founded in Koraput, CDRT's primary objective is to bridge this gap by facilitating the provision of high-quality human resources for Training, Research, Study, and Consultancy, both internally and through external sourcing. The organization focuses on strengthening the capacities of CBO leaders, NGO, and government workers, elected PRI members, and women's groups, aiming to cultivate a new generation of grassroots professionals capable of expediting development processes and ensuring the realization of rights for long-term regional benefit.
