"Change is Us" focuses on tackling pressing societal issues, primarily centred on the environment. Global warming and climate change have led to a gra Read moredual decay of the Earth's environment. Over the past century, the average surface temperature has risen by approximately 1⁰C, with the warmest years occurring since 1980. This temperature shift has resulted in coastal regions experiencing extreme fluctuations between hot summers and cold winters, causing health issues for many. The organisation highlights the urgent need for action to address these alarming environmental changes, emphasizing the imminent threat to the planet. The organisation proposes a solution rooted in reconnecting with nature and fostering awareness. It stresses the importance of acknowledging climate change, dispelling misconceptions, and fostering a collective understanding of the issue. While previous generations might not have encountered climate change as a significant concern during their youth, the newer generations, Gen-Y and Gen-Z, face the brunt of its impacts. The organisation calls for immediate action, aiming to educate and empower the younger generation to take charge and make a positive impact on the environment. It emphasizes that the time to act is now, as the future existence of all living species hinges on the actions taken today.
