It aims to empower communities, especially women and youth, by offering various services such as handicapped welfare, education, health, nutrition, family welfare, and livelihood programmes. Recognising the importance of education in economic development, Shine India has implemented an Education and Training Policy, emphasising early childhood education and improving access and enrolment levels at primary and secondary school levels. Additionally, it is working towards establishing a Centre for Early Childhood Access to enhance cognitive development and future academic performance, particularly among disadvantaged children. In line with its commitment to education, Shine India has undertaken initiatives to raise awareness and provide educational opportunities for street children. Through surveys and collaboration with the government, it plans to offer education and vocational training to this vulnerable group. The organisation also offers educational activities with significant concessions for economically disadvantaged populations, furthering its mission to promote self-reliance and empowerment among marginalized communities.
