Kinder Trust, founded in 2017, focuses on assisting individuals with disabilities to lead dignified lives by providing skill training and sustainable Read moreemployment opportunities. The organisation aims to alleviate the challenges faced by over 10,000 economically disadvantaged families with disabilities in the Nilgiris district. Due to the scarcity of rehabilitation and physiotherapy centres in the area, children and their families endure hardships. Recognizing this need, Kinder Trust has established a free Rehabilitation/Physiotherapy/Occupational training centre in Vannarpet, Coonoor, Nilgiris district. This initiative expects to cater to a minimum of 25 patients daily, with outreach programmes designed to reach those in remote areas who cannot access the centre easily. Such efforts are only possible through the collaboration with Nilgiris Govt Dept, APD, donors, and volunteers, as together it strives to improve lives and create a better world.
