The Career Awareness & Future Ready Program is a transition initiative conducted in government and low-income private schools for students from grades 9 to 12. The program helps students become aware of various career opportunities and guides them in developing a clear pathway to achieve success and fulfill their future and life aspirations.
The program is delivered by trained career facilitators who are trained by the Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust to conduct sessions in classrooms. As part of the program, facilitators also provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents with the help of individual career counselling reports.
The overall aim of the program is to increase enrollment in higher and vocational education, reduce school dropouts, and significantly decrease the number of students in the NEET category (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
Since 2023, Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust has nurtured and supported the aspirations of over 25,000 students.
