Aashri Society

Operating since 2009, AASHRI SOCIETY is a not-for-profit organisation that was registered as a Society (NGO) under the AP Registrations Act. Hyderabad Read more, Telangana, is home to the Aashri Society. AASHRI opened a children's home in September 2014, with 45 kids—19 boys and 16 girls—near IDA Bollaram in Hyderabad. We recently shifted our 35 boy children to new quarters in Mayuri Nagar, Miyapur. We presently assist 360 children in 6 Mandals in the Khammam district, 191 of them boys and 169 of them girls, ages 6 to 19. Of them, 35 are housed in our Miyapur orphanage, and the remaining children attend different schools spread around Telangana. Furthermore, we also cover the school tuition of 244 additional local students whose parents are unable to pay for their children's education. We pay the fees straight to the sponsors of the schools these kids attend.
