Our goal is to mobilise a group of education leaders to provide learning environments that are holistic, long-lasting, and enriching for millions of k Read moreids in India. Every youngster has a rich educational experience. Empowering 1,50,000 school administrators to oversee long-term, ongoing improvements by 2025. By facilitating civil society organisations (via our incubation program, EduMentum) and exchanging resources and knowledge (through our research and design team), we cultivate the education ecosystem to increase the emphasis on school improvement. By offering a variety of programs like teacher support, school leadership development, community engagement through Parent-Teacher meetings, Resource Centre Revivals, and setting up Learning Spaces at Home, we create solutions that address specific challenges and gaps that affect how well schools function.

STEP - School & Clusters
Our flagship program, the School Transformation and Empowerment Program, is centred on collaborating closely with schools and clusters to raise educational standards and promote ongoing progress in all Indian schools. By encouraging cooperation between academic leaders, school administrators, teachers, and the community at large, STEP helps to ensure that every kid in every Indian public school has access to engaging educational opportunities. Innovation and the presentation of school improvement are directly made possible by the implementation of school improvement projects in schools and clusters.

Step -Districts & States
We assist state agencies like the Department of Education and the State Council of Education, Research, and Training (SCERT) as well as district institutes like the District Institute of Education and Training (DIETs) in spearheading school improvement throughout the state or district, all the while maintaining our direct collaboration with schools and clusters. To do this, it is necessary to co-create programs with important stakeholders, build leadership skills, rethink state structures and procedures, and enable accountability and transparency through data-driven, technology-enabled decision-making.
