On October 26, 2001, this patasala near Sirgazhi was created. Later, it was named in honour of the late Smt. Jayanthi Janakiraman, a devoted follower Read moreof Sri Swamiji. This sacred kshetra, blessed by the incarnation of Thirumangai Azhwar, is home to the well-known 11 Garuda Seva. The patasala imparts knowledge of the Vedas, Divya Prabandhams, and Vaishnava Agama Shastra to its pupils, preparing them to become Vaishnava priests. The course lasts for six years. Three adhyapaks are guiding 20 students in the course at the moment. They receive conventional school curriculum training as well. Vaishnava Sampradaya books with unique content are housed in an exclusive library. Under the direction of Sri Swamiji, assistance is provided for the upkeep and restoration of all the neighbouring Divya Desam temples, with this patasala serving as the hub.

    Six days a week, the Sri Premika Varadan clinic is open at the Madhurapuri Ashram. Not only do three doctors visit the clinic every day to provide consultations, but renowned surgeons and experts also come by occasionally to give their services. The clinic features a dispensary, waiting area, minor procedure room, and a well-equipped lab. Each day, this clinic sees between sixty and seventy patients.

    We have weekly speciality clinics for ophthalmology, orthopaedics, dermatology, dentistry, and gynaecology in addition to our daily general medical OP clinic.
