  • Capacity Building Programme

    It is dedicated to building capacity in education, health, and public services for individuals, institutions, and society. Programmes are offered independently or in partnership with universities, institutions, and government bodies. These initiatives support teachers, education leaders, researchers, and policymakers through mentoring, training, workshops, and consultations. Key areas of focus include teacher development, pedagogy, research skills, curriculum development, leadership, and quality management.

    A survey assessed the readiness of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, conducted in two phases. Initially, responses were from Karnataka, and later from institutions across India after six months. The study examined NEP awareness programs, task forces, faculty development, infrastructure improvements, and institutional plans. Findings showed a decrease in readiness from 55% to 40%, with key challenges including human resources, infrastructure, funding, and limited government support.
