The Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) program focuses on building essential literacy and numeracy skills in children aged 3-9 through the use of computers. It combines traditional teaching methods with modern technology, aligning with the National Education Policy.

PIF has developed localized educational software in various multiple Indian languages to complement school curriculum, covering skills like reading, writing, and math. The program aims to bridge the digital divide while fostering a love for learning among students.

Introducing digital learning to rural students is crucial in today's tech-driven world. The My e-School program caters to two types of schools: those with basic digital infrastructure but lacking resources and those needing both infrastructure and teaching support.

For the first category, we offer offline and online educational content in regional languages through Digital Sakshar, our free online learning platform. With over 100+ courses and 5,300+ videos, students can access education independently, anytime, anywhere.

For the second category, we provide essential equipment like Smart TVs and Laptops, along with offline digital content on pen drives. Additionally, we offer teacher training to enhance digital teaching methodologies. This holistic approach ensures all students have access to quality education and necessary tools for their educational journey.

The Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) Program is a transformative initiative in line with India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and is aimed at bridging educational disparities and enhancing digital literacy among students. PAL moves away from traditional, uniform teaching methods and instead create flexible learning environments that cater to individual strengths and interests. It tailors educational content to each student’s unique learning pace and comprehension level by leveraging AI-driven tools and digital platforms. Thus, this approach encourages a more individualised and effective learning experience, which not only enhances student engagement but also aligns with NEP 2020’s vision of leveraging technology to provide equitable and inclusive education for all.
