All classrooms were equipped with lights, fans, and fresh paint. New sanitary facilities with running water and hand-wash stations were installed, alongside an independent drinking water station with a filter. A rainwater harvesting system was implemented, and additional security measures such as grills and gates were put in place. The foundation also provided computers, notebooks, textbooks, a science lab, and other essential facilities, greatly enhancing the learning environment and boosting the confidence and happiness of over 400 students and school staff.

Established in 1967, the school's deteriorated structure posed safety risks for students and staff. Classrooms were refurbished with additional lighting, fans, new blackboards, upgraded flooring, heightened ceilings, and new roofing. To address this, Motilal Oswal Foundation supports Adhayayan Sanstha in implementing a Learning Enhancement Program in schools of Vasai and Vikramgad block.
