These English-medium schools empower students to pursue higher studies and enter the workforce. Radiant holistic, activity-based educational approach fosters children’s all-around development, encouraging them to reach their full potential and learn joyfully beyond academics.
Issue
Despite significant economic progress in India over the past two decades, poverty remains widespread in many urban areas. Access to quality education is crucial in empowering to children, enhancing their well-being, and enabling them to contribute to national development. However, most children can only afford government schools due to the high fee structure of private institutions. Unfortunately, government schools often lack basic facilities, suffer from teacher shortages, and have unmotivated or frequently absent staff. The teaching methods focus heavily on rote memorization for exams rather than fostering real understanding, leaving many students who complete twelve years of schooling without essential skills for higher education or employment.
Action
Children gain substantial exposure to English edutainment, helping them build strong English language skills. Facilities include science, math, and computer labs, digital classrooms, a library, playground, and play equipment. A stress-free learning environment promotes well-being and focus. Emphasis on selecting and training dedicated teachers, with support to keep them motivated. Education extends beyond basic literacy, adopting a holistic approach to develop comprehensive skills. Impact
Today we are operating one school in the Bangalore of Karnataka. While school currently have classes from Kindergarten to Class 5 , and extending further with new infrastructure . The school have 200 students. Many are first-generation learners from underprivileged families. About 60% of these children are supported on full scholarships while the remaining pay a nominal fee.
