Demographies Served

Programs

  • Skill Development

The nation's attempts to foster entrepreneurship and skill development have so far been very dispersed. In contrast to developed nations, where skilled workers make up between 60% and 90% of the workforce, India has the demographic advantage of having the youngest workforce, with an average age of 29 years. However, less than 5% of its workforce (20–24 years old) has formal employability skills.

  • Faculty Development

The creation, transmission, and distribution of knowledge can facilitate the attainment of sustainable development and faster growth rates, which are the goals of India's higher education system. All levels of higher education in the nation are expanding steadily, with new institutions being established and existing ones being improved. Over the next years, there will be a significant need for competent instructors and professors, making it crucial for governments to increase their current institutional capacities in terms of both infrastructure and qualified and trained faculty.
