To accomplish this, we work with partners and apply our technological skills to address the underlying causes of several deeply ingrained structural issues. We have spent seventy-five years in India. Our evidence-based technical expertise, which guides policy action and implementation while also enhancing partner capacity, is UNICEF's primary strength. We are in a good position to serve the most vulnerable children in India since we have the greatest field presence of any UN agency, with some 450 staff members spread across 17 states that together account for 90% of the country's child population.
