Registered under the SR Act 1860, Shusrusa operates with a committed team comprising six life members and thirteen annual members, each contributing to its noble objectives. Over the years, Shusrusa has remained steadfast in delivering personalized and empathetic nursing services, ensuring that patients receive care in the comfort of their homes. By combining professionalism with a deep sense of service, Shusrusa continues to uphold its founding values of dedication, determination, and community care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of many.

Shusrusa's caregiver training program equips individuals with vital skills in basic nursing, first aid, infant and geriatric care, diabetes management, nutrition, yoga, physiotherapy, and psychological counseling. The curriculum, crafted by experts in healthcare and behavioral sciences, includes first-aid certification from St. John Ambulance and practical hospital visits. Graduates are carefully placed through a dedicated placement cell, ensuring tailored care solutions. Regular consultations, health check-ups, and professional counseling are integral to the program.
