Following the traditional 'Guru-Shishya' (teacher-disciple) model, mentors guide, support, and nurture entrepreneurs until they are self-sufficient in running ethical businesses that create wealth and employment, benefiting society. BYST focuses on youth aged 18-35 with the passion, capacity, and drive to bring their business ideas to life. We offer financial support without requiring down payments or collateral, partnering with banks for loan financing. Starting in New Delhi, BYST has now expanded to 15 regional clusters across India.

  • Learning Portal For Mentor

    At BYST, we have developed a comprehensive competency framework and a Mentor Development Course to onboard and upskill our mentors. Drawing from decades of experience in mentoring entrepreneurs, the course covers key insights and best practices.

    The course includes 6 hours of material, delivered both through facilitated sessions and self-paced learning. It features a blend of concepts, case studies, and knowledge checks, designed to equip both in-house and institutional mentors with the tools they need to effectively support entrepreneurs.

    Accredited by City & Guilds, the UK’s largest vocational awarding body, the course has successfully trained and certified over 15,000 mentors across India.

    BYST is dedicated to helping disadvantaged Indian youth transform their business ideas into successful enterprises. The Smart Training for Enterprise Planning (STEP) program supports young entrepreneurs by guiding them through each step of building and managing a viable business. BYST's counsellors and mentors play a crucial role in this journey.
