Untitled Arts works in the area of arts & community. We work in all art forms encompassing visual, performance & literary arts. We run a cultural livi Read moreng room for artists & community to engage and collaborate. We work with govt schools on a programme called Arts Library & life focusing on creating cultural equity, arts in education, teacher training, LSRW, social & emotional, creative skills development for children and livelihood of artists. Our initiative The Big Fat Company works in the area of Gender and body positivity and acceptance. We run applied art workshops for adolescent women & girls on navigating the world they live to claim their personal agency. We also run workshops for boys & men on redefining masculinity and discovering what it is to be a man today. The Live Live Arts is an initiate to take quality arts exhibitions, performance, concerts & literature to reach rural & remote villages and underprivileged children in urban settings. Our corporate art reach programme designs customised applied art workshops for organisation to enhance instrumental & intrinsic competencies of their staff. We have skill development initiatives & platforms for artists to develop, learn, upskill, collaborate and enhance the quality of their arts practice.
Issue
Arts practice and its value in various community development initiatives is not given its due. Arts education is not strong in India. There is a huge dearth of Audience development, art & cultural development & arts & culture practitioners livelihood initiatives in India.
Action
The foundation works in arts education, creates performances, develops models for artists' financial sustenance, and runs an alternative arts space with a residency for theatre arts.

StateA programme for institutions working in education to make engagement with texts exciting & enriching. The ALL programme aims to enhance reading & literary skills through a collaborative arts approach. The approach uses a blend of visual arts, theatre, music, dance, movement & storytelling thereby providing children with a variety of means & methods to explore literature. It also has sessions designed for teachers & parents aimed at fostering a culture of engaging with books. It is also aimed at creating cultural equity and providing quality arts education and exposure to children.
