The Foundation employs a need-based methodology, conducting extensive baseline studies to design effective project frameworks tailored to local requirements. It emphasises rigorous project monitoring, using advanced technology for accurate data collection and impact analysis. This approach ensures transparency and accountability while empowering beneficiaries to participate in their development journey.
